Serge Dansereau, a trendsetter, menu designer and consultant from the iconic Bathers’ Pavilion Café and Restaurant in Australia, will nourish the guests’ palates with his delicious gastronomic creations at the Prego Italian Restaurant of The Westin Beijing Financial Street from April 21–26.
Lunch 11:30 am to 2:30 pm – Chef’s Signature Espresso Lunch Menu with selected Prego a la carte options.
Dinner 5:30 pm to 11:00 pm – Chef’s Signature Set Menu with selected Prego a la carte options.
Gala dinner with wine pairing
The gala dinner on April 25 will start with pre-dinner aperitif and canapés, followed by a 5-course gourmet set menu paired with fine wines. Chef Serge and his team will take you on a culinary journey like no other.
